If a product offered by Kuitech Enterprise is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition as per our Returns Policy.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

4. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• M-Pesa (Paybill number provided at checkout)
• Visa and Mastercard (via secure payment gateway)
• Bank transfer (details provided upon request)
• Cash on pickup (only at our Ronald Ngala St location)

All payments must be made in full before products are shipped or picked up, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery

We offer delivery services within Nairobi and to major towns across Kenya (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, etc.).

• Nairobi same-day delivery: Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) are delivered the same day. Orders after 12 PM are delivered the next business day.
• Out-of-Nairobi deliveries: Delivery times vary from 1-5 business days depending on location. A courier fee will be calculated at checkout.
• Pickup: You may pick up your order at 00400 Ronald Ngala St, Nairobi during business hours at no additional cost.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our separate Returns and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points include:

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging.
• Certain items are non-returnable (consumables, clearance items, etc.).
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.

7. Warranty

Kuitech Enterprise provides warranty coverage on select products as specified on the product page or in the manufacturer's documentation. Warranty periods vary by brand:

• Makita, Dewalt, Total, Royce: 6–12 months against manufacturing defects
• Submersible pumps, pressure washers: 6 months
• Measuring devices: 3–6 months
• Accessories and consumables: No warranty

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, bring the product to our Ronald Ngala St location with proof of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Kuitech Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to:

• Your use or inability to use our Site or products
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our Site
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.
