At Kuitech Enterprise, we stand behind the quality of our power tools, pumps, and accessories. This Returns and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return products purchased from our website (kuitechenterprises.co.ke) or from our physical location at 00400 Ronald Ngala St, Nairobi, Kenya.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Accessories: All original accessories, manuals, warranties, and free gifts must be included.
- Proof of purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or proof of payment is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective):

- π§ Opened or used lubricants, oils, or chemicals

5. How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:
Contact Us
Call +254 720 135457 or email info@kuitechenterprises.co.ke with your order number and reason for return.
Get Authorization
We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Do not ship items without an RA number.
Pack Securely
Repackage the item in its original box with all accessories. Include your RA number inside the package.
Return or Ship
Drop off at our Ronald Ngala St, Nairobi location or ship via a reliable courier (at your cost unless we made an error).
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
- Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (M-Pesa, card, or bank transfer).
- M-Pesa refunds: Typically reflect within 1-2 hours after processing.
- Card/bank refunds: May take 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Item returned with missing accessories or damaged packaging (deduction applied).
- Item shows signs of use beyond simple inspection.
- Clearance or discounted items (refund amount may be adjusted).
7. Warranty Claims
Many power tools sold by Kuitech Enterprise come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty periods vary by brand and product type.

8. Return Shipping Costs
- Our error (wrong item, defective, damaged on arrival): Kuitech Enterprise will cover the return shipping costs or arrange pickup.
- Change of mind / no longer needed: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our Nairobi location. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Warranty claim: Customer pays to send the tool to us; we pay to send the repaired/replaced unit back (for Nairobi customers, drop-off is free).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Kuitech Enterprise is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping arranged by the customer.
